Well, I made it through the first episode! Huge thanks to all my friends, family, and fans for the overwhelming support. I thought Melvin’s win during the flash challenge was well deserved and I was surprised to find myself in the top two after watching DJ spray paint. As for the tattoo competition itself, my client was fantastic, I absolutely loved the bearded lady tattoo I got to do, and stand by it 100%. I was very excited to make it into the Top 3 for the very first episode. It was great reading all your comments too!
I want to give a shout out to Carolyn Cadaver, it was not an easy decision between the three of us and I definitely did not think she would be the one to go home. I’m glad it’s the judges that have to make that final decision. I give her props for being on the show and putting herself out there.
I hope everyone is looking forward to the next episode. I’ll be watching along with my tour companions Kelly Doty and Jesso Lange, while we’re stopped in Richmond Virginia at Ghost Print Galleries.

And so it begins…..AGAIN!!! Kelly and I have hit the road for our second cross country tattoo tour! Our first stop on the road was Columbia, Missouri where we met up with fellow contestant on Best Ink season 2 @Jerodsquared for our first tour dinner! What a great way to kick off the tour! We will be on our way to Denver, Colorado tomorrow for our first guest spot on the tour at Kaze Gallery. We look forward to meeting up with Sandi Calistro and the Kaze Gallery crew for more fun and excitement. I have a few really fun tattoos lined up for the guest spot as well.
